What An AI
Readiness
Assessment Is

An AI readiness assessment is a structured review of whether your business can actually put AI to work, and where doing so would be worth the money.

It looks at four things: the processes costing you the most time, the data you already hold and whether it can support what you want, the systems AI would need to connect to, and what your team can realistically operate once the project is finished.

The result is a written report with a ranked list of opportunities, an honest view of what's blocking each one, and a costed first step.

It is deliberately small. One to three weeks, fixed price, and you can stop at the end and still have something worth having.

What An AI Readiness Assessment Is

Who This Is For

You Don't Know Where To Start

Sixteen percent of Irish SMEs say that's exactly what holds them back, and a further thirty percent say fear of getting it wrong.

You've Been Pitched By Three Vendors

Each recommended their own product. You want a view from someone selling none of them.

A Pilot Stalled.

Something was built, it impressed people briefly, and nobody uses it now. Usually the use case was wrong rather than the technology.

You Need To Justify The Spend.

Someone has to put numbers in front of the board before this gets approved.

You Want To Know If Your Data Is Good Enough.

Most businesses assume it isn't. Usually it's better than they think for some uses and worse for others, and the difference matters.

What We Assess

Process Review

Where time actually goes in your business, which tasks repeat, and which of them AI could take on.

Data Readiness

What data you hold, what condition it's in, and whether it can support the uses you have in mind. This is where most AI projects quietly fail.

Systems And Integration

What AI would need to connect to, including your CRM, ERP, finance systems and Microsoft 365, and how hard each connection would be.

Team And Capability

Who would own the system after launch, what skills exist already, and what training would be needed.

Governance & Compliance

What your obligations are under the EU AI Act and GDPR for the uses you're considering, and what has to be in place before anything goes live.

Opportunity Scoring

Every option ranked by business value, feasibility and time to return, so the priority order is clear rather than a matter of opinion.

What You Get

A written report covering:

A ranked list of AI opportunities, scored against value and feasibility

A readiness score across data, systems, team and governance

The blockers standing in the way of each opportunity, named plainly

What You Get

Indicative costs and expected returns for the top options

A recommended first step with a fixed price

A governance checklist covering your EU AI Act obligations

Written for your board as much as your IT team. The report is yours whether you go further with us or not.
