AI training for business teams that want real results
Your team is already using AI. The question is whether they're using it well, and whether anyone has told them what not to put into it. We run practical sessions that answer both.

ISO 42001 CERTIFIED · ISO 27001 CERTIFIED · GDPR COMPLIANT · EU AI ACT READY
In most businesses, people started using AI tools without being asked to and without being told how. Some are getting real value. Others are pasting client information into free tools with no idea where it goes.
Both are a problem. The first because the knowledge stays with one person instead of spreading. The second for obvious reasons.
Skills are the second-biggest barrier to AI adoption among Irish SMEs, behind only the fear of getting it wrong. Training addresses both at once: people learn what AI is genuinely good at, and what they should never do with it.
You've bought the tools and nobody is getting much out of them. The licences are being paid for either way.
The EU AI Act expects businesses using AI to ensure their staff have sufficient AI literacy. That duty has been enforceable since February 2025.
Your team is nervous, or sceptical, or both. A session that shows what AI actually does, including where it fails, settles that faster than a memo.
Practical sessions covering everyday use, safe handling of information, and the tools you already pay for. Usually half a day.
A session for owners, directors and senior managers on where AI fits strategically, what to approve and what to question, and what your obligations are as the business deploying it.
Sales, finance, operations, customer service and HR all use AI differently. Where it's worth it, we tailor the session to the function rather than running one generic class.
If someone internal is becoming your AI point of contact, we train them properly so your team has someone to ask.
A clear sense of what AI does well and where it fails
Specific ways to use it on the work they actually do
The confidence to use the tools you already pay for
A plain understanding of what they must not put into AI tools
A record that AI literacy training was delivered, for your compliance file
350+ projects delivered and 45+ AI solutions deployed. The examples come from real work rather than a slide deck.
We are one of Ireland's first companies to achieve ISO 42001:2023 certification, the international standard for AI management, alongside ISO 27001:2022 for information security.
We don't resell Microsoft, OpenAI or anyone else. We'll tell your team when a free tool does the job.
Training that oversells AI does more damage than none. We show people where it fails, because that's when they start using it sensibly.
Irish businesses have routes to funding staff training. The Grow Digital Voucher through your Local Enterprise Office covers 50% of eligible costs up to €5,000, and training and IT configuration are eligible categories, though the combined training and configuration element can be no more than 50% of the overall project cost.
Eligibility is set by the agencies, and your Local Enterprise Office is the authority on it. We help eligible clients work out which route fits.
Figures correct as of October 2026.
A 30-minute conversation about where your team is, what tools you're paying for, and what training would be worth doing. No sales pitch.
What AI does well and badly, practical use on your team's actual work, safe handling of information, prompting that produces useful output, and the AI literacy the EU AI Act expects. We tailor the balance to what your business needs.
Usually half a day for a team. Leadership sessions are often shorter. Longer programmes where a team needs real depth.
Yes. Microsoft Copilot training is the most common, since most businesses already pay for it. We also cover ChatGPT, Claude and whatever else your team uses.
Both, usually separately. The questions a managing director has are different from those of someone drafting emails all day, and mixing them serves neither well.
It's designed to. The Act expects businesses deploying AI to ensure staff have sufficient AI literacy, and we provide a written record of what was delivered. For a formal view on your specific obligations, speak to a solicitor.
Yes, and those sessions often go best. Scepticism is usually well-founded, and showing people exactly where AI fails tends to convert them faster than enthusiasm does.
Yes. We deliver across Ireland and the UK, remote or on-site.
