Get an indicative figure on a free callA quote before anyone has looked at your business is a guess. Anyone who gives you one is either padding it heavily or planning to come back for more later.
What we do instead: the first conversation is free and ends with an indicative range. Every stage after that carries a fixed price agreed before it starts.
You’ll never be asked to approve spending without knowing what you’re approving.
Most people start with a fixed-price assessment rather than committing to a build.
One to three weeks, fixed fee. You get a written report with your options ranked, what each is worth, and a costed first step. If you stop there, the report is still yours.
For eligible Irish businesses, Enterprise Ireland’s Access Advice: Digital Discovery offers up to 80% funding to a maximum of €5,000 for exactly this kind of expert input.
See what’s in the assessmentEvery business engages differently. Choose the model that fits how you want to build.
Best when the scope is clear. We agree the full specification, timeline and quote upfront in euro, so you know exactly what you’re getting and when. Suits proof-of-concept builds, defined AI features, and businesses working to a grant budget or a funding round.
Best when AI work is ongoing rather than a one-off. You get a team of AI engineers and a project manager working to your roadmap as it evolves, with consistent capacity you can plan around.
Best when scope will genuinely change. You pay for the time and resources actually used, with the flexibility to shift priorities as you learn more. Suits exploratory work where nobody can honestly scope the end point yet.
Best when you need senior AI leadership but aren’t ready to hire for it. We step in part-time to guide architecture, review decisions, handle vendor selection and mentor your team. Suits businesses scaling AI without a CTO or AI lead in place.
You tell us what’s slowing you down. As much or as little detail as you have. We ask enough questions to give you a ballpark figure.
We come back with specific questions. After talking internally, we send a tailored list so we understand the technical requirements properly.
You get a project outline. A written description of what we’d build, covering features, approach and technical requirements, for your feedback before anything is fixed.
Then a final specification and quote. A full specification document with a detailed quote, a projected timeline, and an NDA.
No inflated estimates, and no disappearing after a deposit clears.
Clean and accessible is cheaper than scattered across six systems. We’ll tell you honestly which you have, and we only tidy what a specific use actually needs.
AI inside one tool is a smaller job than AI connecting your CRM, your finance system and a legacy platform with no API.
Human oversight is usually the right call, and it’s sometimes a legal requirement, but it changes how the system is built.
What doesn’t affect the price: how much you can afford. We’ll tell you if your budget doesn’t cover what you want, rather than building something underpowered to fit it.
If you’re an Irish business, there’s a reasonable chance the state covers part of this.
Enterprise Ireland’s Access Advice: Digital Discovery offers up to 80% funding to a maximum of €5,000 for hiring an expert to take a first or next step in AI. Local Enterprise Offices run the Grow Digital Voucher, which covers 50% of eligible costs up to €5,000 for off-the-shelf software and training, though not for bespoke development.
Eligibility differs between the two, and the agencies are the authority on their own schemes. We help eligible clients work out which fits and support the application.

Two-week sprints, with working software at the end of each rather than a status update.
At the end of any stage, with everything produced so far.
If something changes the scope, you’ll see exactly what it does to the timeline and cost before anything is agreed.
Thirty minutes on a call and you’ll have an indicative range for what you’re considering. No obligation, and no follow-up unless you want one.
Yes, on the first call. We’ll ask enough questions to give you a range, and we’d rather do that than have you guess from a website.
Often. There are four engagement models for that reason. If the budget genuinely doesn’t cover what you want, we’ll say so rather than building something that disappoints you.
The assessment. It’s the lowest-commitment way to find out whether this is worth pursuing, and it may be largely grant-funded.
That’s normal, which is why we work in sprints. You’ll see exactly how any change affects timeline and cost before it’s agreed.
No. Thirty minutes, no obligation, and you’ll get an honest answer even if that answer is that you don’t need us.
Only if you want support. The system is yours, and you can run it yourself or we can support it. That’s your choice, not a condition.
Yes, with sterling invoicing available. We deliver across Ireland and the UK.
