What working with us actually looks like

You’re probably wondering what you’d be committing to. The answer is one stage at a time, each with a price you agree before it starts, and you can stop after any of them.

You’re Not Signing Up For A Six-Month Project

That’s usually the first worry, and it’s a reasonable one.

Most AI projects that go wrong don’t go wrong at the build. They go wrong because the wrong thing was chosen months earlier, and by the time anyone realised, the money was spent.

So we’ve broken this into four stages. Each one produces something you can use on its own. At the end of each, you decide whether the next one is worth doing. If you stop, you keep what you’ve paid for.

You’re never more than one stage deep before you find out whether this works for you.

01

First, We Talk

Free · 30 minutes · Nothing to sign

You tell us what’s slowing your business down. We tell you whether AI would actually fix it.

Sometimes it won’t. Plenty of what we’re asked to solve with AI is better handled by changing a process or tidying up data. You’ll hear that on the call rather than after you’ve spent money finding out.

What you get: a straight answer on whether this is worth pursuing, and a rough idea of cost if it is. If it isn’t, you’ve lost half an hour.

02

Then We Look Properly

Fixed price · One to three weeks

If the call suggests there’s something here, the next step is understanding your business well enough to be useful.

We’ll talk to the people who actually run the processes, not just whoever manages them. We’ll look at the data you hold and tell you honestly what condition it’s in. We’ll check what any AI would need to connect to.

Then we sit down with your team for half a day and score the options together. You’ll see how we’re thinking and push back where you disagree, rather than receiving a deck a fortnight later.

What you get: a written report with your options ranked, what each is worth, what’s blocking it, and a costed first step. It’s yours whether you continue with us, hand it to your own team, or take it elsewhere.

If you’re an eligible Irish business, this stage may be largely grant-funded.

03

Then We Prove It Works

Fixed price · Four to eight weeks

Before you commit to a full build, you see the thing working on your own data.

We agree up front what success looks like, so there’s no argument later about whether it worked. Then we build something real enough for your team to use on live work and tell us honestly whether it helps.

Not a demo. Not a prototype that falls over when someone uses it properly.

What you get: a working system you’ve tested yourself, and a clear answer on whether to scale it.

04

Then We Build It Properly

Scoped from what the proof of concept showed

Production rollout, with monitoring, documentation and proper handover to your team. A named person in your business approves anything the system produces that matters.

When it’s done, it’s yours. After final payment you own the software, the models and the data. No lock-in, no per-seat licensing, and no dependency on us.

We’ll support it if you want us to, and step back if you don’t.

What you get: a system running in your business, owned by your business.

What you’d be paying

Every stage has a price you agree before it starts. The assessment and proof of concept are fixed fees. The build is priced once the proof of concept has shown what’s actually involved.

If you have ongoing AI work, there are two other options: a dedicated team working to your roadmap, or senior AI leadership a day or two a month.

What It’s Like While We’re Working

You’ll See Progress Every Fortnight

We work in two-week sprints, so nothing disappears into a black box.

\ \ \\\ \ \ \\

You’ll Test It As We Go

Work lands on a staging environment for your team to try, which means your feedback arrives while it’s still cheap to act on.

You’ll Have One Person To Call

A named project manager, not whoever picks up.

Your Data Stays In The EU

Every project is built to ISO 27001 standards with GDPR designed into the architecture. We don’t use your data to train public models.

Oversight Is Built In

We’re one of Ireland’s first companies certified to ISO 42001:2023, so logging and accountability are part of the build rather than something added when someone asks.

What we’ll need from you

This works better when it goes both ways, so here’s what makes the difference.

01

Time With The People Who Do The Work

The person processing the invoices knows things nobody in management does.

02

Honesty About Your Data.

Messy is normal and fine. Hidden is a problem we’ll hit later.

03

Someone Who Can Make Decisions

Projects stall when every approval takes three weeks.

04

Permission To Tell You No

If we think something won’t work, you’ll hear it. That’s more useful than agreement.

Start with half an hour

No obligation, nothing to sign, and an honest answer about whether any of this is worth your time.

We respond within 24 hours · Your data stays private and GDPR compliant.

Frequently Asked Questions

AI Consulting Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, and most people do. The assessment is designed as a low-commitment first step, and nothing after it is conditional on continuing.

You keep the report. No further charge, no pressure, and we’d rather you stopped than spent money on something you weren’t sure about.

You do, after final payment. The software, the models and the data.

No. Most businesses come to us with messy spreadsheets, inboxes and PDFs. Working out what you’ve actually got is part of the job, and we only tidy what a specific use needs.

Assessment one to three weeks, proof of concept four to eight weeks, build depends on scope. You’ll have a timeline before each stage starts and we’ll flag early if it changes.

We’ll say so, and it won’t have cost you anything to find out. That’s what the first call is for.

Yes. We deliver across Ireland and the UK, mostly remote with on-site sessions where the work needs them.
